Animal flow is a ground-based movement designed to improve overall fitness and improve the connection, communication and function of an individual. Simply put it is a combination of gymnastics, calisthenics and free movement training which enhances mobility and attention and also releases stress. Thus one can be more aware of their own well-being on an outer, inner and deeper level.
Yoga is a holistic practice that nurtures the mind and body of an individual. Through a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation, it improves one’s flexibility, strength, and balance, while reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. It also fosters a deeper connection between one’s inner self and the surrounding world, leading to a sense of inner peace.
The facilitators, Anjali Ajith and Davis Thomas, mixes the both worlds and in a beginner friendly way so that the goals become attainable by any individual.
Davis is a multifaceted fitness instructor with an impressive array of qualifications including B.Sc. in Sports Science, ACE and ACSM accreditation. After serving as a Celebrity Fitness Coach in recent years, Davis is now a Kalaripayatt practitioner, strength and conditioning coach and an Olympic Weightlifting Coach. He’s not just a coach, but a Level 2 ice skier, a wrestler, and a taekwondo & wrestling practitioner, showcasing his passion for diverse physical disciplines. With expertise in Animal Flow L1 & L2, he brings a unique blend of movement and versatility to his teachings.
